Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for the Central Texas Mussels
Abstract:

FWS will make a final determination on our proposal to list the false spike (Fusconaia mitchelli), Texas fatmucket (Lampsilis bracteata), Texas pimpleback (Cyclonaias petrina), Guadalupe orb (Cyclonaias necki), and Guadalupe fatmucket (Lampsilis bergmanni) as endangered species, and the Texas fawnsfoot (Truncilla macrodon) as a threatened species, under the Endangered Species Act. These six mussel species are found in central Texas. FWS will also make a final determination to designate critical habitat for all six mussel species.
