Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Endangered Status for South Llano Springs Moss and Designation of Critical Habitat 
Abstract:

FWS will make a final determination on our proposal to list the South Llano Springs moss (Donrichardsia macroneuron) as endangered under the Endangered Species Act. This aquatic plant is found in Texas. FWS will also make a final determination to designate critical habitat for the South Llano Springs moss.
