Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of the Hawaiian Stilt From Endangered to Threatened With a Section 4(d) Rule 
Abstract:

FWS will make a final determination on our proposal to reclassify (downlist) the Hawaiian stilt (Himantopus mexicanus knudseni) from endangered to threatened on the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. The Hawaiian stilt is a bird found in Hawaii. FWS will also make a final determination on a rule under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act for the Hawaiian stilt.
