Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of the Razorback Sucker From Endangered to Threatened With a Section 4(d) Rule 
Abstract:

FWS will make a final determination on our proposal to reclassify the razorback sucker from endangered to threatened on the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. The razorback sucker is a fish found in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. FWS will also make a final determination on a rule under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act for the razorback sucker.
