Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of Mitracarpus polycladus From Endangered to Threatened With a Section 4(d) Rule
Abstract:

FWS will make a final determination on the proposal to reclassify Mitracarpus polycladus (a plant, no common name) from endangered to threatened (downlist) under the Endangered Species Act. Currently, there are 3 populations of M. polycladus with more than 20,000 adult individuals in 11 localities in southern Puerto Rico and multiple localities on Saba Island and Anegada Island. FWS will also make a final determination on a rule under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act for Mitracarpus polycladus.
