Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Endangered Species Status and Critical Habitat Designation for the Prostrate Milkweed 
Abstract:

FWS will make a final determination on our proposal to list the prostrate milkweed (Asclepias prostrata) as an endangered species under the Endangered Species Act. This plant is found in Texas. FWS will also make a final determination to designate critical habitat for the prostrate milkweed.
