Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for Swale Paintbrush 
Abstract:

FWS will make a listing determination for the swale paintbrush (previously glowing indian-paintbrush) (Castilleja ornata) under the Endangered Species Act. Swale paintbrush is a plant found in New Mexico and Mexico. FWS will also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable.
