Title: Endangered Species Act Section 10 Regulations; Enhancement of Survival and Incidental Take Permits 
Abstract:

Pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (ESA), this proposed rule would revise the regulations at 50 CFR part 17 that implement section 10 of the ESA. This section pertains to, among other things, permit issuance for take of endangered and threatened wildlife species.
