Title: Migratory Bird Permits; Falconry Regulations and Standards
Abstract:

This proposed rule would clarify ambiguities and correct information that has changed since the publication of the falconry standards and falconry permitting regulations. This action will make these regulations more readable and understandable to the public. In addition to several nonsubstantive, editorial revisions to correct addresses, form references, and inconsistencies as well as add clarifying language, one substantive revision would remove authorizations to conduct commercial activities under these regulations. The commercial activities authorized under these regulations are already provided for elsewhere in the permit regulations.
