Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for the Joshua Tree 
Abstract:

FWS will make a listing determination for the Joshua tree (Yucca brevifolia) under the Endangered Species Act. This tree is found in Arizona, California, Nevada, and Utah. FWS will also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable.
