Title: Technical Edits | |
Abstract:
This final rule will make several technical and clarifying edits to National Park Service regulations that are nonsubstantive. The rule will revise the definition of snowmobile in 36 CFR 1.4 so that it is described as a device instead of a vehicle because the term vehicle is defined separately to specifically exclude snowmobiles. The rule will also fix minor typos and errors elsewhere in the regulations. |
