Title: Establishing Guidelines for Making Mandatory Parole Decisions 
Abstract:

The Parole Commission is considering whether to promulgate guidelines for making findings under its mandatory parole statute for long-term Federal prisoners. The guidelines would assist decisionmakers in determining whether a prisoner has committed serious or frequent prison rule violations that disqualify him or her from mandatory parole.
