Abstract:
DEA is proposing to revise its regulations to specify the procedure for transferring unfilled electronic prescriptions for controlled substances from one DEA registered retail pharmacy to another DEA registered retail pharmacy. This rule will address the requirements governing the transfer of unfilled electronic prescriptions. |
