Title: International Terrorism Victim Expense Reimbursement Program | |
Abstract:
The interim final rule amended the Justice Department's Office for Victims of Crime regulations for the International Terrorism Victim Expense Reimbursement Program (ITVERP) in order to remove a regulatory limitation on the discretion of the Director of OVC to accept claims filed more than 3 years after the date that an incident is designated as an incident of international terrorism. This rule finalizes the interim final rule. |
