Abstract:
The Department of Justice (Department) published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) governing the filing and adjudication of motions to reopen and reconsider and add regulations governing requests for discretionary stays of removal on November 29, 2021. The Department is now proposing a Supplemental NPRM governing the filing and adjudication of motions to reopen and reconsider. |
