Title: Updates to (a)(1)(A) List 
Abstract:

Section 509(a)(1)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1509(a)(1)(A)) as amended requires the maintenance and production of a record if such record is required by law or regulation for the entry of merchandise.  The list of required records is commonly referred to as "the (a)(1)(A) list." This regulation would update and make modifications to the (a)(1)(A) list in the appendix to 19 CFR part 163.
