Abstract:
This rulemaking would establish a new regulation in title 46 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Subchapter H Passenger Vessels to implement the Alaska Tourism Restoration Act. This regulation would require all passenger vessels to which the Act applies to carry an automated external defibrillator (AED) on board. |
