Title: ●Mariner Credentialing Program Transformation 
Abstract:

The Coast Guard is proposing a rulemaking that would revise 46 CFR parts 1 and 10 through 16 to allow for electronic submission and processing of information necessary to obtain a merchant mariner credential (MMC) and require electronic payment for MMC user fees.  It would also make relevant technical amendments, such as updates to websites and emails for the Office of Merchant Mariner Credentialing and the National Maritime Center.
