Title: National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP); Revisions to Methodology for Payments to Write Your Own (WYO) Companies  
Abstract:

As directed by the Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to modify the way it pays private insurance companies participating in the Write Your Own (WYO) Program. FEMA seeks comments regarding possible approaches to incorporating actual flood insurance expense data into the payment methodology that FEMA uses to determine the amount of payments to WYO companies.
