Title: Technical Corrections to the Hazardous Waste Generator Improvements Rule, the Hazardous Waste Pharmaceuticals Rule, and the Definition of Solid Waste Rule 
Abstract: This direct final rulemaking makes technical corrections to certain hazardous waste regulations related to the 2016 Hazardous Waste Generator Improvements Final Rule, the 2019 Management Standards for Hazardous Waste Pharmaceuticals and Amendment to the P075 Listing for Nicotine Final Rule, and the 2018 Response to Vacatur of Certain Provisions of the Definition of Solid Waste Final Rule. These technical corrections consist of corrected typos, corrections to regulatory citations, and corrections of small oversights. This direct final rule will be accompanied by a parallel proposed rule.
