Title: General Revisions to Part 75 Emissions Monitoring and Reporting, Acid Rain Program Administrative Provisions, and Mercury and Air Toxics Standards for Power Plants Electronic Reporting 
Abstract: This proposed rule would revise the part 75 emission monitoring, reporting, and recordkeeping requirements; Acid Rain Program administrative procedures; and Mercury and Air Toxics Standards electronic reporting file formats. The proposed part 75 changes would include definitions, incorporations by reference, quality assurance performance specifications, and other administrative changes to correct known errors, clarify requirements, and otherwise modify provisions where necessary to ensure that the requirements remain current and provide flexibility.
