Title: C.I. Pigment Violet 29; Rulemaking Under Section 6(a) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) 
Abstract:

This proposed rulemaking will address unreasonable risks of injury to health identified in the final risk evaluation for C.I. Pigment Violet 29. Section 6 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) requires EPA to address unreasonable risks of injury to health or the environment that the Administrator has determined are presented by a chemical substance under the conditions of use. EPA's risk evaluation for C.I. Pigment Violet 29, describing the conditions of use and presenting EPA's determination of unreasonable risk, is in docket EPA-HQ-OPPT-2018-0604, with revised risk determination and additional information in docket EPA-HQ-OPPT-2016-0725.
