Abstract: This rulemaking would remove redundant customer service commitments. This rulemaking would also eliminate the requirement for airlines to self-audit their adherence to their customer service plans annually. The rulemaking would eliminate the need for airlines to make the results of their annual audits available for DOT review two years following the date any audit is completed. | |
