Title: Class II Minimum Technical Standards | |
Abstract:
The National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC or Commission) is considering updating the minimum technical standards for Class II gaming equipment to ensure that the regulations continue to meet the needs of the Indian gaming industry. The Commission periodically revises these standards to ensure uniformity among its regulated entities, safeguard the integrity of the industry, and protect consumers. The standards contemplated by the rule include, but are not limited to, the security of Class II gaming machines, auditable information, Class II gaming algorithms, and the physical protection of the Class II gaming machine consumers. |
