Title: Fee Rate Assessment, Reporting, and Calculation Guidelines for Self-Regulated Tribes 
Abstract:

The National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC or Commission) is considering revising its fees regulations to ensure uniformity and provide clarity to the industry. Changes are intended to address fee rate assessment, the reporting process for carry over status, budget commitments for maintaining transition funds, and guidelines for calculating fee rates for self-regulated tribes in order to provide certainty in the Commission’s current operations planning and ensure uniformity in the interpretation of this section.
