Title: Suitability and Fitness Vetting 
Abstract:

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is proposing to revise its regulations governing suitability determinations and actions, and to issue regulations regarding determinations for fitness. The proposed rule change will implement new requirements of Executive Order 13467 as amended, relating to processes for suitability and fitness for employment. The rule will address suitability and fitness vetting standards in order to foster and strengthen a secure, efficient, timely, reciprocal, and aligned system for vetting.
