Abstract:
The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is proposing to modify the Pathways Program (IP) to strengthen the federal government’s recruitment and retention of early career talent. The Pathways Program consists of three programs: Pathways Internships, Recent Graduates, and the Presidential Management Fellowship, the government’s premier leadership development program. OPM is proposing changes to improve and enhance each of these programs, consistent with Executive Order 13562, and to strengthen the federal government’s efforts to recruit and retain early career talent. |
