Title: Disaster Declaration Authority | |
Abstract:
This rule implements changes made to SBA’s disaster declaration authority by section 1110(f) of the CARES Act. The CARES Act provides new authority to declare a disaster when an emergency involving Federal primary responsibility is determined to exist by the President under the section 501(b) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5191(b)). |
