Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement regulatory changes made by the SBA, in its final rule published in the Federal Register on October 16, 2020, to the 8(a) Business Development Program to eliminate or reduce unnecessary or excessive burdens on 8(a) Participants. This rule promotes equity in Federal procurement.
