Title: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR): FAR Case 2022-005, Update to Title 10 Citations 
Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA are issuing a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement title XVIII of the NDAA for FY 2021, which moved and reorganized the defense acquisition statutes in part IV subtitle A of title 10 U.S.C. into a new part V under subtitle A of title 10 U.S.C.  This case updates the impacted citations within the FAR and does not make any substantive changes to the FAR text.
