Title: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); FAR Case 2022-007, Removal of FAR Subpart 8.5, Acquisition of Helium 
Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to implement the Helium Stewardship Act of 2013 by removing FAR subpart 8.5, Acquisition of Helium. The Helium Stewardship Act of 2013 requires the Department of the Interior (DOI) to dispose of the Federal Helium System.  DOI and the General Services Administration (GSA) have agreed to continue operation of the Federal Helium System through September 30, 2022 to allow GSA to complete the disposal process.
