Title: Procedures for Disclosure of Information Under the Freedom of Information Act | |
Abstract:
The Peace Corps is reviewing its implementation of the Freedom of Information Act by determining the appropriate revisions. The current regulation, 22 CFR 303, was promulgated in 2003 and was last amended in 2014. The proposed revisions of the regulation take into account the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016 and the recent Freedom of Information Act Guidelines issued in a March 15, 2022 Memorandum to all heads of executive departments and agencies by Attorney General Merrick B. Garland. |
