Title: Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program: Revision of Race and Ethnicity Data Collection Methods 
Abstract:

Revises regulations at 7 CFR 272.6(g) to eliminate the option for State agencies to use visual observation to collect race and ethnicity data from program applicants that do not voluntarily provide it. This rule is intended to align SNAP regulations with current Federal policy.
