Title: Minerals Cost Recovery | |
Abstract:
Consistent with the federal cost recovery statutes, the Forest Service proposes to initiate rulemaking to charge processing and monitoring fees for certain mineral activities on National Forest Lands. This rule will meet the Administration's priority to improve service delivery, customer experience, and reduce administrative burdens for those accessing public benefits and services. |
