Title: Chattooga Wild and Scenic River | |
Abstract:
The Forest Service proposes to revise 36 CFR 261.77 to reflect updated management direction for the whole length of the Chattooga Wild and Scenic River, which flows through the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest in Georgia, the Sumter National Forest in South Carolina, and the Nantahala National Forest in North Carolina. The proposed rule published on 1/19/2016 (81 FR 2788) Prohibitions in Region 8, Southern Region, under 0596-AD24. This rule will meet the Administration's priority to improve service delivery, customer experience, and reduce administrative burdens for those accessing public benefits and services. |
