Title: ●Framework Action under the Fishery Management Plan for Reef Fish Resources of the Gulf of Mexico: Modification of Gray Triggerfish Commercial Trip Limits
Abstract:

The proposed rule would increase the Gulf of Mexico (Gulf) gray snapper commercial trip limit. The purpose of this action is to increase the gray triggerfish commercial trip limit to allow commercial fishermen the opportunity to land the commercial annual catch target.  The need for this action is to help reduce discards and achieve optimum yield of Gulf gray triggerfish consistent with the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act.
