Title: ●Clarifications and Updates to Defense Priorities and Allocations System Regulation (DPAS) 
Abstract:

This proposed rule clarifies existing standards and procedures, in the DPAS, by which BIS may provide Special Priorities Assistance (SPA) under Executive Order 13603.  This rule also proposes to provide technical edits to reflect certain non-substantive updates and administrative changes.
