Title: Source Restrictions on Auxiliary Ship Components (DFARS Case 2020-D017) 
Abstract:

DoD is issuing a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 853 of the National Defense Authorization Act of Fiscal Year 2020. Section 853 amends 10 U.S.C. 2534(a), redesignated 10 U.S.C. 4864(a), and requires certain auxiliary ship components to be procured from a manufacturer in the national technology and industrial base.
