Title: Management of the Procurement Technical Assistance Agreement Program (DFARS Case 2020-D022) 
Abstract:

DoD is issuing a final rule to implement section 852 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020. Section 852 transfers responsibility for administration of the Procurement Technical Assistance Program from the Defense Logistics Agency to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment.
