Title: Use of DoD Program Nomenclature (DFARS Case 2021-D002) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to ensure the Department and its authorized suppliers are not restricted in the use of certain DoD program nomenclature, such as program names and assigned DoD systems designations that are assigned and approved by the Government pursuant to established departmental procedures.
