Abstract:

DoD is issuing a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 851 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023, which amends 10 U.S.C. 4801(1) by adding New Zealand to the national technology and industrial base definition list of countries.
