Title: ●Data Requirements for Commercial Products for Major Weapon Systems (DFARS Case 2023-D010) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 803 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023, which amends 10 U.S.C. 3455(b) and requires an offeror to provide data to support a commercial product assertion for a subsystem, component, or spare part of a major weapon system.
