Title: ●Prohibition on Procurement of Foreign-Made Unmanned Aircraft Systems (DFARS Case 2023-D012) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 848 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2020, as amended by section 817 of the NDAA for FY 2023, which prohibits the procurement of certain foreign-made unmanned aircraft systems by the Department of Defense. RIN 0750-AL06 has been merged into this RIN (0750-AL85) so that section 848 and section 817 can be implemented in the same rule.
