Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 1411 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023; which repeals 10 U.S.C. 187, the Strategic Materials Protection Board, and amends 50 U.S.C. 98h-1 section 10, Strategic and Critical Materials Board of Directors.
