Abstract:
The Department of Defense proposes to exempt the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Criminal Incident Reporting System (DCIRS), S500.20 system of records from certain provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974. The Privacy Act allows Federal agencies to exempt eligible records in a system of records from certain provisions of the Act, including those that provide individuals with a right to request access to and amendment of their own records. |
