Title: Wearing of the Uniform 
Abstract:

The Department of Defense is proposing amendments to further refine acceptable wear of the military uniform. The rule was last updated on January 30, 1970, at 35 FR 1236. The proposed amendments are intended to clarify proper wear of the uniform when participating in either official or unofficial public speeches as well as pre-approved community outreach activities for former members of the Armed Forces.
