Title: ●2024 Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustments for Oil, Gas, and Sulphur Operations in the Outer Continental Shelf 
Abstract:

This final rule implements the 2024 inflation adjustments to the Bureau of Ocean and Energy Management’s civil monetary penalties authorized for violations of the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act and the Oil Pollution Act. This annual rule replaces the previously issued amounts with the updated amounts after using the inflation adjustment multiplier provided by the Office of Management and Budget.
