Title: Revised Policy on Interpretation of the Phrase "Significant Portion of Its Range" in the Endangered Species Act's Definitions of "Endangered Species" and "Threatened Species" 
Abstract:

Pursuant to the Endangered Species Act of 1973, under this proposed policy, the FWS and the National Marine Fisheries Service would propose to revise our current interpretation of the phrase "significant portion of its range” in the Endangered Species Act’s definitions of "endangered species” and "threatened species."
