Title: Technical Amendment to Number Each Definition 
Abstract:

This final rule is technically amending existing regulations to standardize the numbering of each definition and adjust the numbering of each subparagraph. The definitions themselves will not be amended. Additionally, the subsequent subparagraphs are being renumbered to reflect their position relative to the numbered definitions, and are not being amended.
