Abstract:

The Department of State is removing Email Archive Management Records, State-01, from the list of system of records notices for which Privacy Act exemptions are claimed. The Department has determined that this system does not constitute a system of records under the Privacy Act of 1974. Additionally, the Department of State, by separate Federal Register notice, will also be rescinding the Final Rule associated with State-01.
